Berkman Plaza 2 on the St Johns River is located in the middle of downtown’s current renovation. We are in walking distance of our Jacksonville Jaguars NFL stadium, Metropolitan Park (events like Jacksonville Jazz Festival),Florida Theatre (variety of smaller venues), Florida-Times Union Performance Center (symphony, Broadway musicals and plays), Jacksonville Suns baseball field, Jacksonville Barracudas hockey, Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena (large concert events), The Jacksonville Landing (river-front shopping, dining and nightlife), with most of these being accessible by the city funded River Walk (approximately 5 miles along both the north bank and south bank St Johns River of park-like artistically developed walking/running paths). This doesn’t even take into consideration areas like Historic Riverside and San Marco which are only right across the Main Street Bridge (approx. 5 minutes).
