Can it be that we are truly never satisfied or we just need something to complain about ? (Rhetorical question) Last evening while dozing through the eleven o’clock news waiting to see how the guidelines for the food pyramid has changed ( was hoping that chocolate cake would now be the staple we needed 8 servings a day of, but no luck !) The weather portion of the program emerged and the meteorologist shared that we had just gone through a record number (11) days without rain and that we should be careful about open camp fires. Now folks, 11 days ago we had too much rain and the people who were flooded out are still, in some cases, surrounded by standing water. So is it me or do people just like to complain ? So let’s look at what we have versus what we don’t have and share a good thought with others, it makes for less stress on the body and mind so when the weatherman gives you something to complain about remember it is all up to you !
