The other day, Frank and I were out to dinner with friends and thank goodness we were sitting across from each other so that we all could hold each others menu to see what we could order. The lighting was dim (we all said it had nothing to do with our eyes) so we searched for a lighter, but no one smoked, when I remembered the mini lite on my key chain. (I would have made a fortune if Monty Hall asked for one of those). The ambience was great and the service excellent but why are we always in the dark ? Then it came to me, presentation and lighting is everything when you want to soften your look lighting can make a difference. So Frank and I and our friends really looked good that night being kept in the dark….but when it comes to selling your home being kept in the dark is not a good idea. Having all the info at your fingertips and a line of communication makes all the difference…so remember that I look to earn your trust before I ask for your business so call me and I’ll bring the flashlight.
